4 - Click Pixel commits to providing professional technical support for all its products and services, whether pre-made or custom-made for the client. The company also commits to maintaining client satisfaction and a good relationship through all possible means.

3 - The client has the right to request a refund within 7 days of the payment date, provided that no work has started within the contract. If work has begun, the client is not entitled to request a refund.

2 - Click Pixel does not execute designs that contain female images or any images that violate Islamic teachings. The company reserves the right to reject requests that do not align with its vision and work style, with or without providing reasons.

4 - The client has the right to object to the design and request a revision up to three times, provided that convincing reasons are given. Click Pixel commits to using the latest global design techniques and delivering high-quality products. If the design is rejected and the client requests a revision, they must provide as many details as possible to avoid repeating the issue.

3 - The client has the right to request the design in the colors and style of their choice, but they cannot request "copying" a published design protected by copyright. Inspiration is acceptable, but the client may not use any examples shown before the final design is delivered unless otherwise stated by the company.

6 - Click Pixel is committed to the contract or agreement made before starting the work. Therefore, the client has the right to request additional features/options for the requested website design, but an agreed-upon additional cost will apply for these requested additions.

5 - Once the final approval is given for the design presented to the client, the work will be transferred from the "design" department to the "coding and programming" department. Therefore, the client cannot request any further changes to the already delivered design, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8 - The client is not entitled to remove the company’s rights from the website or mobile app without written consent from the company's management. If any of these terms are violated, the contract regarding the website or mobile app will be automatically and immediately terminated, and the client will not have any rights to the content or be able to sell or offer it for free. Click Pixel is not responsible for any claims from the client regarding these rights.

7 - Click Pixel commits to the agreed delivery time for the work. However, the initial agreed duration does not include any additional features requested by the client. The execution duration for these additional features/changes will be agreed upon with the client. The work officially starts from the day the client makes the first payment. The company does not mind removing the design rights that bear the company's name + link, and the cost of removing the design rights will be agreed upon and may reach up to 50% of the total work value.

2 - The client is required to provide all necessary information and instructions to achieve the highest possible quality. The client is not permitted to use any programming samples sent to them.

4 - Click Pixel has the right to choose the most suitable programming language and the best execution method for the project unless otherwise agreed with the client. The company commits to using the latest programming and development techniques suitable for modern web development. The company also guarantees to provide fully secure software.

3 - Any additional modifications not previously agreed upon must not interfere with the basic programming structure of the application. The modifications/additions will remain independent of the originally agreed project duration and cost, and these changes will be determined by mutual agreement.

2 - The client should be aware that digital marketing and SEO services take some time to show results, and the work period may extend over several months. Click Pixel commits to providing comprehensive reports on what has been implemented and the results achieved. Furthermore, the company commits to maintaining effective communication with the client on a daily/weekly basis to keep the client updated on progress.

1 - The client is required to provide all the information and details related to their request to ensure smooth execution. This includes objectives, preferred methods of implementation, and the work execution system.

2 - Click Pixel is not responsible for any transactions made in the company’s name outside of its official communication channels, including the ticketing system on its official website, the "Contact Us" page, and its official phone numbers listed on the website.

1 - The client is expected to pay half of the agreed amount after agreement for archiving, technical support, digital marketing, programming, graphic design, and print design services.

2 - If the client does not approve the design or programming for a period exceeding 45 days, the company has the right to automatically terminate the contract without the client’s consent and without any financial obligations from the company.

5 - The refund policy in case of cancellation is within 45 days from the date the company is notified of the cancellation.
